7-23--7-25 Ali and I and all the kids drove to mom's house today after Ali got off of work. Mom has friday saturday and sunday off.

Friday we all went to durango to visit aunt Emily and some houses we use to live in when we were little.

7-4-09 Happy 4th of July....

We went to the parade here in middleton. it was at 10 am kiana was in it with the cheer squad. Then we watched fire works at mill creek elementary. they were really good for a small town.

7-10-09 Kya has tournaments for softball in meridian. they did really good for a team that has not played together for very long. they are an all star team.

7-11-09 Today is Kya's 11th birthday....Happy Birthday. She had a game today so we had them announce it to everyone they had her come out to the middle of the field. It was cute. I brought a chocolate pie for the girls after the game. they won there game great job girls...

7-12-09 kya had another game so we had to get a sub for our primary class. the girls lost there game but they still did a great job.

7-13-09 -- 7-26-09 The kids and i left for vegas today. long drive but it is nice once you get there.

7-6 Happy Birthday Joy..

Kya had an orthodontists appointment with john miler in merdian. i am not so sure i am going to pick him to work with. so i called ellison and they said they would do her braces for her and take 1300 off the price. you can't beat that. i am just not sure i want to travel again. i might call the other place that they recommend to and see what they say.

we went to justin neimyers baseball game he asked kiana to go watch and she didn't want to go by herself so we went with her. it was fun i enjoy watching baseball. middleton won.

we discovered ants in the pantry so i had to take everything out and get rid of them. i put some laundry soap out so that they will take it back to the main colony. i hope it helps because we had to throw away a lot of food. and all of the rest is sitting on the table and i brought in another table to put it on. i can not stand ants.

Summer Fun 6-29 --- 7-5

6-29 Kya has a birthday party at brooks house from 1-8 pm they are swimming in her pool all day. they are going to be tired.

kya has a teem party today at 6-7 pm but she decided that i will go get her trophy for her so she can stay at her friends party. so i did.

Kiana has cheer practice 5:30-8 pm they are doing a mini vikes clinic. where they teach these little girls some cheers for the 4th of july parade. it will be cute.

I have a meeting with tina at the park. She was a really sweet lady.


6-30 Today we went to Roaring springs with two extra girls marty and makayla. we got there at 11 am and left at 5:15 pm. Marty had to be home by 5:30 and kiana and makayla had cheer practice.

Boys had there last game tonight at 7 pm it is kinda a relief to not have to worry about going to practice and games.

Tag had a dr appointment today to check his blood pressure and and the blood work to make sure everything is going good.


7-2 I had a meeting with Becca in Boise today she was a sweet lady and her little girl was sweet and well behaved.
I took Kiana to the dr to get checked she has not been feeling good at all. she had a sinus infection and we did her physical for sports at the same time why not kill two birds with one stone.

Keagen has a pizza party with his first baseball team. keagen and i meet them at idaho's pizza in caldwell. it was fun to see the boys get there medals.

Kya had softball practice tonight. She received a phone call today and her coach asked her if she would be on the ALL STar team. She was so excited it is a honor to be asked to be on the team. Way to GO Kya

then she went with Sam to meridian race way to watch car races and the fire works.
Tag and i and the kids went and got ice cream at basken robins and then watched the fire works in middleton and mill creek elementary. it was fun. and close


7-5 We were all ready for church and tag got a phone call he was called out on a service call. So the kids and i went to church with out him. then when he was done he had to come home and get ready to go to Nevada for the week to work. He got home a 2 and then we went to lunch and went with him to the shop to finish getting his stuff ready for hawthorn. He finally left around 4 pm. and we went home. to spend the week with out him.

6-23 Kiana started cheer camp today she had to be at the high school to catch the bus at 7:45 am. The camp is at Albertson collage. and they don't get home til 9:20pm. Long day.

kiana is going to the jonas brothers concert tonight with her friend sam. and then they are staying the night at her grandmas house.

kya has a game at 7:45 but they have to forfit the game because some of the girls are going to the concert tonight and we won;t have enough. that really stinks. we won against emmett with only 7 girls and the score was a 10 point difference. way to go girls... so now they are out of the tournament.

6-27 tag went to work at phils to work on the generator. i went and helped for a little bit.

Great week 6-15 --- 6-21

6-15 Keagen had scout camp 8 am - 3 pm today he was really nervous. he wanted me to go with him. i told him he would be fine. and guess what he was fine.
they had a primary activity today at 3 pm that all the younger kids went to. it had a lot to do with water. so the kids loved it.

We got a kitten today from sister jones the primary pres. the kids named her cody. she is cute...

Stephanie found out today at her ultrasound that myriam and zain are having two beautiful GIRLS.... Just like i thought. i had a dream before they even did the transfer of two dark haired girls.

Summer and her mom and her sister with all the kids came back through to stay the night from organ on there way home.
We had such a fun night playing the board game Big Brother..... it is so funny to see what people think about you. we all laughed so hard....

We went to Rexburg today to get our stuff out of the container.
Kiana stayed with Makayla to do a cheer fundraiser. that they ended up cancelling because of rain. yuck.
The three younger kids stayed at summers house while tag and i went to our house in rexburg to clean out the container so the sewells can use it. It rained really bad most of the time we were there. but we got it all cleaned out. we had 420 pounds of garbage that we took to the dump.
Jim meet us at the port with the kids and we went to tags parents house for the night. grandpa may made graysen a birthday cake. angel food's.

6-14 we came home from Duboise. We had a meeting with Randon and Kristy at 5 pm at there house. it went ok not what we were hoping for but ok.

Last week of School 6-1--6 - 6 XXX

6-1 Happy Birthday Mary....

I had a pac meeting tonight at 5 pm and we finalized our minutes and went over the carnival stuff. the carnival was only a couple hundred short of last year. so it was really good for this economy. I had to leave early Keagen and Kya both had a game tonight. Keagen was at 7 pm and Kya was at 7:45. So Tag went to kya's and i went to keagen's game.


6-2 Fifth grade went to Wahooz today for a treat. Kya had fun playing laser tag and bumper boats.

Keagen has practice from 6-8
the boys have a game at 7 pm. we decided to have keagen join graysens coach pitch team. so he plays on his team the minors and coach pitch. it has been good for him to be on a team that looks up to him. so he went to practice fro 6-7 and then runs over to the field were they are playing and plays with the coach pitch team. Tonight the other team hit a fly ball and keagen caught it and threw the ball to second and got two people out in one play it was great. he was so excited.

6-3 Kya had fifth grade graduation. from 5:30 - 7 pm. She received awards for perfect attendance for the one semester and for reading so many words per minute. and for not getting any punches on her card. that was a big thing that had to do with getting all home work done and good attitude.
Keagen had a game at 7 and he missed it tonight because he was at kya's graduation.
Kya had a game at 7:45 at the quads so she had to hurry and change in the car on our way to the game. so she can make it in time. we made it in time.

6-4 Last Day Of School.... The kids all get out early today. 11am. This whole week i have had to drive and pick up the kids from school since we are no longer in the heights district. I plan on driving them everyday next year too. it is going to be a long year i am afraid....

Keagen has practice from 6-8 again so he will practice form 6-7 and run over to the field for the game with his other team.
graysen and keagen have a game at 7 pm. they are both doing great.

6-5 no school so we slept in hurray... kya has practice tonight at 7 at purple sage.
Summer and her mom and aunt and all the kids stayed the night with us on there way to Organ. Ryleigh is going to stay with us til they come back through..
We had a really fun night visiting.

Practice / games 5-25--5-30

This is the week of May 25-30.

The kids didn't ahve school due to memorial day. and we were finishing moving that day. not much fun considering it is a weekend that most people go camping or something fun. atleast we got done.

26- graysen had baseball practice from 4-5 at hawthorn park.
Keagen had Scouts from 4-5 at sister bakers house.
so we usually drop keagen off at 3:45 and then run to the park and graysen starts practice. then i hurry and go get keagen at 5 while the boys are still practicing. this can be kinda hard if i don't have dthe girls to help me by staying at the practice with graysen. thank goodness i did have hteir help today.
Then keagen had baseball practice at purple sage at 6-8. this calls for a long night. the kids are ready for dinner and bed by then. thank goodness it is for a short time.


27- the first and second graders had a fitness picnic today and the teacher asked if i would help out. so i went to the school and walked to hawthorn park with them. they play games and have lunch and then they walk bak to the school. this was a reward for running during the winter and fall. they had to run so many laps once a week to beable to go. the kids look foward to this every year.

Keagen had a game at 7 pm and they won. their team is rally good. Tag went to keagens game.
Kya had a game at 7:45 pm at the quads. her team is really good to they won. i went to kya's game.

28- the fifth grade were able to go to the middle school and check it out before they walked to the park for their picnic. kya really enjoyed going to the school but she is really nervous about going to middle school next year. she is worried about the combination locks on the lockers. she will be fine.

Kya had a game at 6 pm at the quad. we all went to this game.

Well it has been awhile since i have put anything in the blog so i am going to try and catch up here.
We moved down the road to a bigger house and it has some ground for tags trailers. But that's about it. the yard is not finished which makes it a big pain.....
We don't really use the down stairs. Kya won't sleep in her own room.

I promoise i will sit down and chack up again so busy with kids and all of there activities..... Time where does it go???

Kids...... What are they thinking???

Well Kiana just sent me text and before i could read it she called me. and said have you read my text and of course i said no you didn't give me time you called. so she said well read it and do it please....She sounded worried so i read it and it said If Mr Brock calls you say you signed it. I did something dumb...Ok so now i am thinking what in the world did you do???? I text her back and said i need to know whats going on..... Well i guess she wrote a note and sighned it saying she didn't have to do PE today. and he asked if she wrote it and said i wrote it but my mom sign it...Well guess what i did not such thing. So now she is scared to death. So i called tag and said what do i do? He said let her get in trouble when they call them them you knew nothing about it and she wrote it and signed it. She has to learn the hard way. Do you realize how hard that is for me. It makes me sick to think of her getting in trouble. But i guess that is how you learn not to do that again. She keeps saying i am sorry and i won't do it again. So i told her the best thing to do is go talk to the teacher first and tell him the truth before he calls me and i have to tell him that i didn't write the note. It will look better if she tells him herself first and that she is sorry and will never do it again. the worse part is she just lost his trust. And normally she is not like this. I hope she does. I told her to say a little prayer that heavenly father would help her to do what is right and apologize for lying to him. She is worried what is going to happen. I told her she will probable get ISS in school suspension. i just hope it doesn't show up on her record for next year.... and her dad and i are going to have a little talk with her when he gets home. i am sure i will give little talks the whole week long for it. and i think the phone will be mine for awhile along with being grounded. and pray that she has learned her lesson.

Keagen has his first game tonight. Now lets hope it does not rain again so they can play this time.
Well they had there first game and they did great. they WON 9-2 and it was pouring rain the whole time..... I was soaked and so were the kids. i ran kya and graysen home to change and they ended up styaing home and kiana came back with me. Keagen did a great job...Way to GO>>

Tag leaves again

We went to church from 11am to 2 pm. had to hurry home and get tag feed and get all his stuff ready to go back to Nevada. He had to be at the shop in Nampa at 4 pm. so he left at 3:30pm. I really can't wait for this job to be finished so he doesn't have to go there anymore. I guess this is what happens when you know to much.... And are good at what you do. He is a great worker, and takes the time and cares about what he is doing to make sure everything is just right. He is a wonderful example to those around him. And to his family. We couldn't ask for a better husband and father.... We miss you Can't wait to see you on Wednesday..... Drive safe...


So the kids and i were being lazy the rest of the day. The three younger ones played a game and i checked my e-mail and picked up around the house a little. Nothing to exciting. I am just glad i didn't have to drive 8 hours and then get up early to go to work. YUCK....

Rain And More Rain

Well today Keagen had a baseball game in Fruitland. But we were rained out...... It rained here off and on all day. We even had thunder and lightning. So we got to sleep in a little yaaaa...

We ran to Zamzos and got some grass seed and fertilizer to put on the grass to fill in the pool spot. we have 20 days to get it back to normal. And went and got some sand from the new part of the neighborhood to cover it so it would not blow away. I hope it works i have been trying to get it to grow since last summer. this grass in this neighborhood is not good at all. i think they got the cheapest sod they could find.

Then Tag and I took Dad out to lunch at Texas Road House for his birthday. I was not really hungry but it was good. Sam came.

Kiana had Ian and Makayla over to watch movies. And Kya had Marti over to play. Kya is finally feeling better. Her poor nose is all red and looks like it really hurts. she has to keep putting Vaseline on it to keep it from getting red and cracked.

Field Trip/ Carnival/ Happy Bithday

I went on a field trip today with the 8th graders to celebration park today. It was so cold and windy. But we did have fun. At the park they talked about hieroglyphics, adalattles that helped to throw darts, and the ghost bridge. i think it would of been a great field trip if it wasn't so cold.

Tonight was the Heights Annual Carnival that we have been working on since school started. It was a lot of work but everyone seemed to enjoy it. i forgot to get pictures. of i guess i could say i was to busy to take any. it all started at 3 pm with set up and we were all done by 10:00pm taking down and putting away. Mckya and marti helped with the fish pond, kiana and makyla helped with the bouncy house and engraving. They seemed to enjoy it. The weather was perfect it was not cold or windy but it was not hot.

Today is my dads 56th Birthday. He came to the carnival and he bid on a basket that i said i liked and guess what he won. And then gave it to me. I told him he should not of done that. CRAZY. I am not sure what he was thinking. He stayed long enough to hear who won the tv that we were raffling off. some lady named Tracie i think.

Choir Festival

Today i am going on a field trip with the 7th and 8 th grade choir. They are going to Columbia high school in Nampa to be judge on there singing. Good Luck Kids... We will be leaving the school at 11 am and getting back at 4:30 pm.

Cotten Candy !!!

Today i went over to April's house to make Cotton candy for the carnival. We made bubble gum and grape. We ended up with 235 bags total. It only took us 2 hours which i don't think is to bad. And it was kinda fun.

Kya is still home sick she has been sleeping a lot. She must really need it she has not been eating much. She said she has lost weight. I wish it was me!!!

Keagen has baseball practice tonight. So does kya but she won't be going.

Dr / Pine Wood Durby

Today kya was still sick and she said her throat hurt so i asked the school what is going around so i would have an idea. and they said strep throat is going around the school. I told kya we need to go to the dr. she was not for that idea at all. but i told her if she doesn't get it taken care of it could get really bad. so we went to the dr and you will never believe what they said. she has an ear infection sinus infection, strep throat and mono. Holy Cow no wonder she looks like death warmed over and i not able to do anything at all. she would move five steps and say i am to tired to walk. i figured it was a way to get of doing something. well i guess i was wrong. they gave us medicine. Now lets hope it works....

Tonight was Keagens Pack meeting they were doing the Pine Wood Derby races with there cars. He did a great job he took 4th out of 15 cars. Way to Go Keagen . He also received other awards for things that he has been working on. It was a lot of fun for him and Tag to make is truck. He really liked it and one of his friends came up and said that is the coolest car ever... That made Keagen feel good. that's what this is all about having fun and feeling good about what you did.

Kya Sick

Today kya stayed home from school she was not feeling well at all. she had baseball practice but was not able to make it there. she does not look good at all. she pretty much slept all day.

Tonight i had to go finish wrapping baskets for the carnival but we had help this time. we had three more people come to help. kiana went with me to help also.

Tag took keagen to baseball practice and picked him up. It is really nice having him home to help run the kids from place to place. Keagen is doing so much better his coaches are doing a great job with all those boys. my hat off to them. they have way more patience then i would ever have.

Raffle Tickets

Kya and i sold raffle tickets at ridleys this morning. from 11 am til 1 pm. We had some girls come help. Kya sold 45 tickets out of 90. she was the top seller that day. She was not feeling well. But did a great job.

Tag worked at Phils house with Ben. and then i went later to help after Ben left. we are about done thank goodness. The house looks great.

Bugs and More Bugs

Today was Graysens Bug Fair at school and his teacher asked for parents to help make treats for the class so i made worm cups...

Tag was out of town and came home that night and seen all these cups in the fridge and thought i had gone crazy. He really thought i had cups of worms in there. He thought the boys had been real busy gathering them. Ya right like i would let them put the worms in my fridge. He must of gone crazy thinking i would do that. pretty funny. Everyone loved them.

The 1st graders sang songs about bugs it was cute. Graysen didn't sing much he was to busy looking at Haley a little girl he likes. Tag was able to get off work early and come with me so that was nice. Graysen asked him before he went to school if he could go. I think it makes him feel good when the kids ask him to go to there school projects. He loves it. He will do anything for them.

Then at 6 pm Kya went with me to the school to wrap baskets for the Carnival. It was a lot of work but kinda fun. Kiana showed up and helped also. Which made it go faster. I really hope that the carnival is good this year. With the economy being so bad.

Tag is Finally Home ....

Tag finally is home... It is about time... The only problem is he brought some extras with him.. LIZARDS for the boys. And guess what Graysen is loving it. I can't keep him out of the cage. He even dropped one already in the kitchen. Thank goodness he found it and it is back in its cage. Tag brought home 3 a big one, medium, and small one. Big ones name Scooter because he likes to scooter around- Keagens medium Heidi cause he hides good -Tag and small one cheetah because he is fast -Graysen. Boys and there bugs...YUCK...



Kya had baseball practice last night for the first time. They worked on the batting cage all night. and video taped them to show them what they need to work on. She was really sore this morning when she got up. her stomach muscles and her arms. I told her it might get worse before it gets better. but she is enjoying it so far. i hope it stays that way. And tonight her coach had a pizza party for the girls to how them their video of them hitting. to help them see what they need to work on. He seems like a great coach.
Kya has practice Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 6 pm -7:30 pm. So i have to run kids to practice every night of the week and graysen has not started yet. I am guessing he will be Tuesday and Thursday nights. thank goodness tag is back to help because i am not sure what i would do if he wasn't. Besides pull all my hair out. lol.

Keagen still has practice Monday -Thursday. From 6pm-7:30pm. He is still liking it and he is doing a great job. He has a game coming up here in a couple weeks.

He is home.... Well He Was....

well tag got home about 12 midnight. I had to pick him up at the airport. we got home by around 1 am. Tired

Tag had fun while he was in Michigan. It was a mini boot camp to make it fun for the guys. They toured the fiber glass panel plant. i guess it was pretty interesting . then they did little challenges. They had one where they timed you to see who could build a panel the fastest and guess what out of all the men Tag won!!!! they gave him a trophy. Pretty cool. We are so proud of him. They also had a graduation for them and gave them a diploma.

We all relaxed Sunday and then we got tag ready to leave again for the week. thank goodness this is the last week of all this traveling....
He left at 4pm and didn't get to hawthorn til 12 midnight. because he had to load the trailer at the shop. they said it would all be ready for him but guess what it wasn't. so he didn't leave Nampa til 6 pm. poor guy he is tired and ready to stay home.
He will be heading home Wed or Thursday.

The weather here today was beautiful it was 80. and i loved it. Keagen had practice and then i had PAC meeting at the school. We got a lot of the carnival stuff figured out. It sounds like it will be a lot of work on May 1st. But a lot of fun. i am off to bed.

Early morning

I got all caught up on the days that i did not post. so you will have to go back and look at the older ones. in case you didn't see them. have fun..... i did about 3 weeks worth.


Well Tag and i got up this morning at 4:30 so we can have him at the airport at 6am. We left around 5 am and we gave kiana her phone so i can call her and make sure she is up and that she gets kya up. Kya woke up when tag gave her a hug and kiss good bye. but she fell back asleep.
I started calling kiana around 5:20 and she never answered. I called the house phone kya's phone and her phone until 6:20 am and she finally answered it. i know i called over 50 times on all the phones. i was thinking one of the boys would get to it before the girls. nope they were still asleep when i got home at 6:30. So i decided to shower and get ready before waking them up at 7. after they all got ready and kiana left for school i helped kya memorize different types of sentences. for a test today.
tag has already called and he was in Denver at 9 am and won't get to Michigan until 3pm. i bet he is tired we didn't get to bed til 2 am. i know i am tired. He said he took a little nap on the plane. i found out today that if you fly with united that they charge you 15.00 to check a bag. CRAZY. what is this world coming to. i figure we pay enough for the ticket we shouldn't have to pay to take luggage. I pray that is economy turns around soon. it is getting scary.

Hayden is getting to Ali and Larry's today to live with them permanently. That is exciting we will get to see him more.

Game Night

Today keagens baseball practice was cancelled due to high winds. Which was good he is not feeling well still. But seems to be getting a little better.
Kya wanted to play a game tonight so we played LIFE. It was fun the boys helped me and we played against the two girls. Kiana kick bottom. then kya and the boys and i lost but that's OK it was fun.
Tag got home around 12 midnight. and he has to leave at 5 am to head to Michigan. til sat midnight. then he heads back to Nevada Sunday afternoon til Thursday. thank goodness this will be the last week of that. i feel like a single parent.

Easter

Today is Easter. I had to wake up the kids so we could get ready for church. It is not like them to sleep in on a holiday. they must of been real tired. As soon as they realized what day it was they ran down stairs to see if the Easter bunny had come. He did and he hid all of the eggs.
They all got there basket filled with tons of candy. A Easter bunny. and some odds and ends the girls got alarm clocks now lets see if they will use them???... boys got a bunch of bug stuff and boards to write on.
We went to church but had to leave early so we could tag ready to go to Nevada. We left at 1pm. and came home and got tags bag all packed and he left at 1:45pm to meet Todd at the shop. they got the Hawthorne Nevada around 11pm our time.

Kiana had to be at the church this morning at 6 am to go to the temple with the young women and young men to do baptism for the dead.
It was early but worth it kiana said she really enjoyed it and she rode with brother Heck, Ali, Julie and Ashly. On there way home they stopped at mcdonalds and Brother Heck made the girls order something. It is funny because kiana is like me and we hate to make other people pay for our stuff it is really hard. but he made her and then made fun of her because she didn't order a drink like everyone else.
Tag has been looking on the Internet for a dog for his parents and he found one on craigslist for a really good price. A male boxer he is nine months old. and the family was getting rid of him because he has the alfa male syndrome around other dogs. and they don't have any other animals except the wild cats so he should be good. anyway tag , kya and i went to nampa to pick up the dog and then we went home to get the rest of the kids and headed for moutian home where his parents were meeting us to get the dog. I think they are crazy for driving all that way for a dog. But i guess to then it is worth it. He is a good dog we all liked him. but dogs still stink and shed. YUCK.... Never again will i own a dog. His name is Dilion. Really pretty. I will add a picture if i have one.
We took tags pick up so we could haul the trailer to dads house and store it there. Tag doesn't need it right now. Joy has been there for a couple of days so we went to stevens to see everyone. they were having a bomb fire. We didn't stay long it was late. and we needed to get home and color eggs. I will post picture of that also.

Surprise

Today I had to run to Boise to pick up some flyer's for the height carnival. and go to the school and fold and mail them to the business for donations. I hope we have a good turn out in donations this year with the economy being so bad.
Then i had to be home and pick kiana up and drop her off at the church with out her knowing what i was doing when they turn 14 they go into a different class at church and they like to have a surprised party for them. so they asked me to bring her blind folded and just drop her off at the back of the church. Ya right like she was going to let me blind fold her. It was a fight then when i pulled up to the church she was mad because i was going to leave her. She got over it.
After i dropped her off i had to run to the store and get some food for her little party she was having with her friends at our house tonight.
At 5:30 pm they were going to bring kiana home and her friends were going to be at the house at 6 pm. I had to go pick up Ian on my way home. I was able to meet his mom she was funny and really nice. I told her i would like to do a scavenger hunt and she agreed she loves doing that in fact she did that for her kids once. Kiana was embarrassed that we talked about it.
Mckayla, Ian, Julie, colten, And chance all came over. I made food and they didn't eat. I am not going to make food next time it seems like they never eat. it is just a waste of my time and money. they all went home around 11:30 pm and then i took Ian home. And off to bed i went. Tired and have to get kiana up early for the temple trip.

I am finally back

Well my computer is finally back in action. I really wish that i would of taken it to Best Buy a long time ago to get it looked at. It took them 3 min to fix the problem. Go figure. Now i can go back and update the last three weeks. so keep checking back...... It really is nice to get back in the swing of things again....

tag had to go and get a physical tonight for his cdl license. And guess what they discovered he has high blood pressure. and had blood in his urine from his kidney disease. so now he needs to get it looked at again. and make sure things are going good.

Kya had her puberty movie at school today and i went and watched and listened to the nurse explain everything to the girls. it was quit interesting. She was pretty funny. She did a great job...

Keagen had baseball practice kya and graysen went with me and kiana went with tag to the dr.

Twins

Today was a great day.. A friend or i guess you could say a couple of friends found out they are having TWINS...So Exciting....
I had to run to Kuna to a meeting and i meet a really nice lady and her children.
Keagen had baseball practice.
It was kinda a slow day here...

Conference

Today is General Conference so we don't go to church we watch it on tv. Which is nice because we can be lazy and not have to get dressed to go any where. Until later kiana has an interview with the bishop for the Baptism for the dead temple trip at 4:30 pm.

It was a great day listening to all the great speakers. so inspirational.

Happy Birthday

Today is Tags 37 th birthday... And he is out of town in Nevada. So we didn't do anything for it.

The boys had dentist appointments to get cleaned and a couple fillings done. finally all caught up. i forget when they should have their cleanings and i miss them. but now we are done for another 6 months. The girls go in tomorrow to just get cleaned No cavities Yea..

Heading Home

Today we left Las Vegas around 9 am and we got lost in the road construction detour so it took us 1 hr to get to the freeway. But it wasn't bad because we were able to see a really nice area out side of Vegas. It was really pretty. and you would never guess it was anywhere near Vegas.

Finally on the road and it took us 9 more hours to get home. we went through 2 books on CD. I have to listen to someone talk to keep me from being tired or wanting to go to sleep. so it is great that they have books you can listen to. at first the kids didn't like it but after a while i think they liked them. or at least they didn't complain.

We got home about 10 pm i think. and we were all very tired and went right to bed. It was nice to see tag after being away for 10 days. he kept the house clean which was nice. Off to bed i go...

Mom Left

Well mom left today to go to Durango Colorado. I guess she left around 5 am i had no idea she was leaving that early. It kinda upset me that she didn't even say good bye. I guess maybe it was easier for her that way. She left Titles with ali. and he is going crazy waiting for mom to come back. i guess he better get use to the idea that he is living with ali and larry now.

Happy birthday

Today is Kiana's 14th birthday....Where has time gone. I can't believe she is even a teenager.
We went to the mall and looked around today here in Las Vegas. And checked into having kiana's teeth bleached. but it seems that dentist don't like to bleach your teeth unless you are over 18. Which makes since after they explained it to me. Of course kiana doesn't see it that way. She is at the age where she knows everything. I wish i could be that age again. ha ha
Mom bought her a cake and surprised her. It was nice.

I recieved the most amazing news today.... Life is great..... I am so happy for some friends of mine. I wish them the best of luck ever.
We went to the swap meet today. IT was not all that great but they did have some deals. It was in the scarier part of the town.

Teacher Conference's

Today was a warm day here which was really nice.
I had teacher conferences tonight kya was a 6pm and her teacher said she was doing good she might need to slow down a little and notice any mistakes that she makes. But she is doing really good.
Keagen was at 6:15pm and he has made a huge improvement. His confidence has grown in his reading. He doubled his words per min. which is great. I hope he continues to do better i am sure he will.
Graysen had his appointment at 6:30pm. And he is doing really well also. It is funny they had a spelling test and she had the words on the board along with other ones and she erased the spelling words. Well graysen is in an all boys class and they thought they pulled one over on her she said the word pour and they wrote down the only p word on the board. well guess what that word was porcupine. not even close to what she said. it was pretty funny. But he is doing great on his turtle words. he is number two. and if he kicks it in gear he will be number one by the time spring break is over.

Kiana went to a movie and night game party tonight at Ian's house. i have to pick her up at 11pm.
I went through all my pants and came up with over 15 to give to my mom.
I need to get oour bags packed so we can leave in the morning. i am not looking forward to the drive. yuck..... But i hear the weather is in the 80's i am looking forward to that...

Still sick...

Keagen is home sick again today. He got up at 8:30 am and i was hoping he felt better and he acted better. So i got Kya and graysen off to school and planned on bringing keagen later. I figured i would cut his hair and get him in the shower and get him going. well that didn't go as planned. I cut his hair and then he said i don't feel very good. i feel like i am going to fall down. so while in the shower we washed his hair and then i let him sit down and wash his legs and arms. Now he is eating hopefully that will help with the no strength thing. I am guessing that must be the problem he has not eaten anything for a couple of days. He didn't want to throw up again and just didn't feel like eating. I just hope that he is over it soon. and the rest of us don't get it. If anyone else does we will not be going to vegas on friday. I am not traveling with a sick child. it is so much easier to just stay home and take care of them. and i don't want to take a bug to everyone else.

The weather here is going to be in the 60's all week it looks yucky out side but it really is nice. Well warmer then it has been. And i can't wait for the 90's. 100's would be even better but that doesn't happen here much.

Choir and a Sick kid

Well today was a sick day. Keagen stayed home from church yesterday because he didn't feel good. He had a cough and by the end of the day he had a fever. Well he woke up this morning throwing up. So we decided he better stay home from school. He pretty much slept all day long.

Kiana has a choir concert tonight. She has to be there at 6:25 pm

Well today we are doing Kya's hair. And she complained just about the whole time. Her neck hurt i was pulling to hard. and it was taking to long. But she got over it fast.

Tag had to go to work at Phills house to ge the generator hook up. Or atleast all the wire run to the panel.
Dad stpooed by this morning and woke all the kids up. it was 9:45 am and it was time they get up. He wants tag and i to go eat with him tonight at Texas Road House that will be fun. I could use a good salad and steak.
Steven called and asked if kya could watch Kenzie tonight while he takes christina and Kooper to the monster trucks at the Idaho Center. Kya is excited to watch her. She is such a doll.

Hair Day

Today i was lucky enough to be able to sleep in today... The kids didn't have school today. I am not sure why.

Kiana wanted me to color her hair again today. She decided to go a bright blond on top and a dark brown on bottom. She looks pretty cute..

Myriam and Zain had a busy day today they had their transfer at 12 noon. and then they had to run to the airport to go to New York for a couple of days then head home to Tunisia. We are really going to miss them. I told them that i really wish they lived closer they have become like family to us. And would like to spend more time with them. I just pray that things work out for them this time around. They ended up transferring 4 today.

Tonight Tag came home and decide to take the boys to get a hamburger and a movies since they didn't get to do anything fun with us last night. So we went to Wendy's and got a movie to watch together. It was Madagascar 2. It is so funny we seen it in the movie theater and loved it then so we figured tag should watch it to. Well worth watching again.
Kiana went to her friend Ali's house to play night games and watch movies. she will be home around 12 tonight. Her mom is bringing all the kids home.

Well on Friday tag and the girls and myself took myriam and zain to bogus to go skiing. Zain stayed in the lodge and watched. Myriam she skied. And Tag and the girls and i we snowboard. Or i guess i can say i tried to. I am so sore from falling and hitting the ground over and over again. we got home at 11:30 pm last night.

The boys went to Amy's house after school til 8 pm and then i had Sam come and watch them til we got home. The boys went with them to the CORE fair at the school. They had a lot of fun.

I am already Done!!!

I ran the kids projects to school this morning and did my usual cleaning and now i am all done for the day and it is only 9:40am. Now what do i do???? maybe i will just relax and read a book or take a nap. The kids get home early today. and the girls want me to color their hair again. Kiana said the dark did not stay in long enough and she wants it lighter on top. We will see how that turns out. Wish me luck. It was kinda cold outside i hope it warms up soon.
I think tomorrow Tag will take myriam and the girls snowboarding they are excited. I really wish i knew that my knee would hold up cause i would really like to try it. But it scares me to death. I really don't want to be hauled off the hill on a stretcher.... That would not be funny at all. I don't know i guess we will see if i feel up to it tomorrow.

I had a great day with Myriam and Zain. We were at the mall all day shopping. And we had lunch at panda express. The chicken was yummy. I finally found some shirts for the girls so we can do family pictures. I have bought to differnt shirts now and they end up not liking them when we get home. Even after they pick them out.

Tonight i am ready for bed.

Ok i have not been here in a couple of days. I have been very busy....
First Tags family was here til Sunday. and then i had to get going on the rest of the kids CORE projects... I finished Keagens today and i just finished McKya's. And if i do say so myself they look good. Oh ya I finished Graysens last week before company came.

Tonight Tag and the kids and I went to dinner with Myraim and Zain...and Stephanie and her three kids. I am sorry i just forgot one of the boys names so it is easier not to put any names.

Me Myriam and Stephanie They look great... I am really hoping to be as skinny as them again some day.

It was so nice to see them again... We really did miss them. I have to say it makes me so sad to think that i am not the one helping them at this time. But they have a great Surro. And i pray that everything works for them. They deserve to have a beautiful baby of their own. They would make wonderful parents.


They brought us some gifts. First they gave me a Traditional wrap from Tunisia and a family picture from when they were here last time. In the picture i really looked terrible. For some reason my eyes are always closed. but everyone else looked great. and then they gave the family some chocolates. Which i had to hide from Tag..
they are the most amazing people ever. I wish they lived closer. It sounds like they want to go skiing on Thursday that will be a lot of fun. Zain and i will stay in the lodge and Tag, Myriam and the girls will go snow boarding.
ok i am off to bed early tonight. i took some pictures i will try to post them tomorrow. i still need to post the ones from the other day.

I forgot to add that kya baby sat Kenzie on saturday. She was so excited to beable to watch her. and she did a great job. Tag and i took Kooper with us to the baskeball game. he did great to. He is so funny i love to listen to him talk. He does not like storms....
